Drop in - Coffee and Chat

Welcome every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 12 noon for coffee, tea, biscuits and good company.

Ladies Fellowship

Tuesdays at 2.30 pm with a speaker and light refreshments.  If you know a more mature person who would enjoy being part of this friendly, supportive group please tell them about it!  A warm welcome awaits.

The Shop

Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am - 4pm.  Good quality items sold and received.  Come and pick up a bargain!  Fair trade goods are also available. Our friendly staff will be pleased to see you.

Tuesday Prayers

Every Tuesday 9.30 - 10am a short service is held in Room 2.  You are welcome to use the boxes provided for prayer requests.

Christian Aid

We support this national charity each May by distributing envelopes in the local area and inviting people to contribute.  Christian Aid Week is an opportunity for churches to work together and a joint service is usually held to launch the event.  More information at

Commitment for Life

This United Reformed Church international charity is suported by members of St. Andrews through prayer and regular giving for projects in Jamaica, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Palestine.  Both services on Sunday 18th October at 10-30 and 6-15 will celebrate this work and update us on the latest news.

Health Help International

This organisation was started by Ron Prosser at a church in South Wales and has grown into an international charity dedicated to raising money for hospitals, clinics and medical equipment in Africa and India.  Ron has visited these countries regularly and is an inspiring speaker, bringing the latest news from each project. Read more amazing stories at

Marianridge Methodist Church

We are twinned with this church near Durban in South Africa and receive regular news about their activities.  We were delighted to be able to contribute towards a pulpit for their new church building. Two of our members have visited Marianridge, and their pastor with his wife have paid us a visit.


Romania Projects helps street children and we support them by collecting loose change in boxes and holding fundraising events.  Read more at

Samaritan's Purse

Every year, along with many other churches and schools, we fill shoeboxes with small gifts for children in Eastern Europe, Africa and Central Asia.  This initiative is called Operation Christmas Child and you can read the heartwarming stories at
